Since I did not find someone else with the same issues as me, I tried again but this time I used the same password I had all along, and of course it worked (I only do this every six months so I had forgotten I did not have to type the premium key but my RG password instead. Afterwards, I kept trying to type the same premium key (since it worked the first time), and the "cannot check login/login incorrect" dialogs kept coming. Then, after 2 hours or so, the account displayed the errors I mentioned (login wrong, etc.). Now here's the kicker: after I typed the premium key I purchased, the account refreshed in JD and it showed my new bandwidth, meaning it accepted the premium key I typed. I renewed my premium account, then in JD I simply deleted the old password and (here's my mistake) I typed the my premium key instead of the password I had ben using all along. ![]() I did figure it out, and you were right it was user error. ![]() Here is my guess: - You've downloaded "too much" (they got secret limits)
